These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wbrtechnologies.com and of the services and products provided by WBR Technologies, a proprietorship located at Ground Floor, B3, Joel Villa, Puthur Village Mappedu, Tiruvancheri, Chennai, Chengalpattu District, Tamil Nadu 600126, India ("WBR Technologies", "we", "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

WBR Technologies is a proprietorship. We build custom web and mobile apps for clients, and we also build our own products. Client projects are also governed by the separate agreement, proposal or statement of work for that project. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement applies.

2. Using our website and services

You agree not to:

use our website or services for any unlawful purpose;
try to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with their operation;
send spam or abusive content through our services; or
provide false information or impersonate anyone.

3. Messages and OTPs

If you give us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may send you transactional messages and one-time passwords (OTPs) over WhatsApp, SMS or email related to the services you use or request. You can opt out of WhatsApp and SMS messages by replying STOP or by contacting us. Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply. 4. Accounts

Where a service requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details and OTPs confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website and our own products, including text, logos, designs and software, belongs to WBR Technologies or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in the relevant client agreement.

6. Third-party services

Our services may rely on or link to third-party services, such as messaging providers and hosting providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, WBR Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of our website or services.

We may suspend or end your access to our services if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use our website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
